Is there anything called ideal food? Or is there a food that satisfies all the needs of our body? In fact, there is no such food directly. However, there are some foods that are rich in many nutrients. Those foods are called balance foods. Researchers in the United Kingdom has listed 100 foods that have the highest nutritional value out of a thousand foods in the world that can provide most of the body's nutrients. Some of these foods have been published on the BBC. Below are the nutritious foods highlighted:

Almonds and walnuts: These two types of nuts have topped the
list of the most nutritious foods. Almonds are at the top of the list of one
hundred of these foods. It is the best source of fatty acids. It has nothing to
do with keeping the heart healthy and controlling diabetes.

Ataphal: Ataphal is the second top food on the list. It
contains natural sugars, vitamins A, C, B1, B2 and potassium.
3.
Different marine fish: Marine kai or poya fish is one of
the most nutritious foods. Also, codfish and blue fin tuna and various types
of salmon, eel, marine chital or flatfish are included in this list for their
nutritional value.
4.
Chia seeds or linseed: It contains a variety of dietary
fiber, protein, vitamins, linoleic acid and phenolic acid.
5.
Sweet pumpkin and seeds: Sweet pumpkin and its seeds are a
good source of iron and manganese. There is no shortage of sweet pumpkin or its
seeds, whether raw or ripe or of any variety.
6.
Coriander leaves: Dried coriander powder or fresh coriander
leaves or its data - the whole herb is actually full of nutrients. It contains
carotene oil which helps in relieving digestive problems, cough, chest pain and
fever.

Beans and Barbati: These beans contain protein,
carbohydrates, fiber, minerals and soluble vitamins. Barbati is a vegetable and
its seeds or pulses contain nutrients. Contains high levels of carbohydrates
and protein. The list also includes different types of bean seeds.

Onions with leaves: There are lots of vitamins in different
types of onions including leaves. It is a good source of vitamins A and K.
Onion leaves also contain antioxidants.

Red and green cabbage: All types of cabbage are rich in
nutrients, but red cabbage is more nutritious. There are also Chinese barrier
copies that are a little longer and have a much lower calorie content.

Spinach: Frozen spinach is mainly used in making salads. It is
a good source of magnesium, folate, vitamin A, beta carotene and xanthine.
Frozen spinach prevents nutrient loss and retains nutrients. That is why it is
considered to have more nutritional value than fresh spinach. However, fresh
spinach is not less. It contains a lot of vitamin A, calcium, phosphorus and
iron. It has so many nutrients that it has twice been named on the best list.

Chili: Chili powder contains various phytochemicals such as
vitamins C, E and A. Different types of peppers such as yelping, raw peppers
contain antioxidants.

Peppermint: Peppermint is a herbaceous plant that
basically keeps the heart-healthy. It contains antifungal and antibacterial
ingredients.

Mustard greens: Mustard greens contain a type of ingredient called synergic which eliminates any type of inflammation.

Lettuce / Butter Lettuce / Green Lettuce: Nutritious
lettuce. The fresher, the more nutritious.

Bananas: Different varieties of bananas contain antioxidant
antimicrobial and diabetic resistant ingredients which are very good for
health.

Tomatoes: Both raw and ripe tomatoes are nutritious. Ripe
tomatoes contain falafel, potassium, vitamins A, C and E. However, scientists
say that raw tomatoes are more nutritious than ripe tomatoes.

Pomegranate: Pomegranate is rich in anthocyanins and
antioxidants. The fruit also contains anti-inflammatory ingredients.
